I’m planning on starting a new DNS server so I can host my own domains.
I have searched a few sites on how to do it… But most our windows servers… I will be using a Linux server (CentOS) for the web server… Is it possible to use Windows Server as the DNS Server and link to Linux as the web server?

Hi I have a few banners saved on a flash drive & I would like to upload them to my website but don’t know how. I went to my administration area of my website and clicked banner manager filled out the information clicked new banner but on my web page it shows a blank box instead of an image. It allows you to click on the blank box & takes you to the site as it supposed to. someone said I have to load the banner to my web hosting control center but I’m new and don’t have an idea what they talking about. I hired someone to design my page and upload it. Now I’m on my own any help would be useful. I’m using linux on a godaddy hosting plan the web site is a php script with an admin section hopefully that information helps Thanks

i need it to be linux, to have Mysql Databases, to have installer of free apps (like limesurvey,xoops,etc), TO BE ABLE TO HOLD AT LEAST 3 DIFFERENT DOMAINS, to be trustable, and to have other standard functionalities of course.

in the $4 a month price range, any suggestions?
